Barre integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, and is fully expandable and adaptable to any client base. This high-energy and dynamic class is sure to get your heart pumping and muscles quivering .The possibilities are really endless!
Stability Chair Classes
Stability Chair allows you to take your Pilates practice to another level with a repertoire that helps to re-balance your muscles while providing a full body workout. We can work from a rehabiliation level all the way thru athletic conditioning.
Ideal for people who need to stay in an upright or seated position (looking at all of you Mommas-to-be)!
