At The Zen Den Inc, we believe that fitness is key to a happy and healthy life and we’re happy to help. We also understand that it can be intimidating to enter a group class without any prior experience - that's one of the many reasons we offer private sessions.
We offer private, semi-private, small group private and large group private sessions.

Mat Pilates

We will spend a little time doing a postural assessment and discussing any injuries and contributing health factors during our first session. Then we dive into the 5 Basic Principles of Pilates and start putting them into practice! Pilates can aid you in preventing injury, as well as recovering from injury (once your healthcare provider has given clearance).

Reformer Pilates

The Reformer will take your Pilates experience to a whole new level by challenging your application of the 5 Basic Principles into new exercises with added resistance. How strong and stable, flexible and coordinated can you make your body and mind become?

Yoga

There are many different styles of yoga practice. How are you supposed to know where to start? Having a few private lessons is a great for beginners, and those who are more practiced but are ready to deepen their practice. Perhaps you have specific questions about alignment of postures that can be broken down and explained, or perhaps you prefer to not be in a group class. Whatever your reason, we are here to help you!
