Procedures have changed slightly after the COVID-19 shut-down.

Here's What To Expect:

  • You must book your class or appointment online thru Mindbody. We will not be taking drop-ins at this time. This ensures our ability to have proper contact tracing, prevents overbooking and minimizes contact with payments at the front desk.

  • Mindbody will email you a COVID-19 questionnaire/screening which is to be completed prior to attending class. Screening will be attached directly to your Mindbody account for our records. Register at Mindbody.

  • Classes will be limited to 6 participants.

  • Bring your own mat. We also have some mats available for purchase.

  • We will not be using any soft, porous props for the time being. This includes blankets, eye pillows, straps, bolsters, etc. You are welcome to bring your own if you wish.

  • Wear a clean mask or face covering which covers both nose & mouth. We are required to keep coverings on during the entire time you are in studio, instructors included.

  • Instructor will be taking temperatures at the door & asking you to use hand sanitizer upon entry.

  • We are encouraging all clients to try to maintain 6’ social distancing as much as possible.

  • Space for mat placement have been measured out and marked on the floor with tape. Please place you mat within the tape markers.

  • Any props that have been deemed as safe to use will be wiped down by the instructor and put back after the end of class.

  • All classes and private sessions will be booked at least 15 minutes apart to reduce overlap and minimize client exposure. We love that we have created an environment where our clients enjoy visiting after class, but unfortunately at this time we ask that socialization time be minimized. Hopefully, we will be able to get back to visiting with each other very soon!

  • We are going to try to stream each in-person class, in case the class fills to capacity and for those of you who aren’t ready to return in studio yet.
